FAQs

No, they do not contain alcohol at all. We never use alcohol during the production process, this is part of the specifications of our recipes, and therefore do not involve "de-alcoholization" which could leave residues.
Please note: for VRMH n°1, we use a completely dealcoholized wine (0.0% alc.).

The products in the JNPR collection are without ANY sugar, and without ANY sweeteners, which has been a strong commitment from the beginning, when we started working on the recipes.
BTTR n°1 and VRMH n°1 contain sugar. For your health, avoid eating too fatty, too sweet, too salty: www.mangerbouger.fr.

For JNPR n°1: Juniper berry hydrosol, spice and plant hydrosol, apple juice hydrosol. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate.
For JNPR n°2: Organic ginger hydrosol, organic green cardamom hydrosol, organic Jamaican pepper hydrosol, organic bird's tongue pepper infusion, organic juniper berry hydrosol. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate. All spices and botanicals are of organic origin.
For JNPR n°3: Verbena hydrosol, juniper berry hydrosol, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
For BTTR n°1: Water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, licorice), and cinnamon, lime juice , elderberry, safflower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.
For VRMH n°1: Dealcoholized wine (contains sulphites) (59%), liquid sugar, lemon and absinthe hydrosol, bouquet of spices and apple hydrosol, juniper hydrosol, quassia amara infusion, coloring : plain caramel, preservative: potassium sorbate.
For CKTL: water, JNPR n°2, white sugar, concentrated lime juice, ginger root, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, natural ginger flavor.

JNPR n°1, JNPR n°2, JNPR n°3 are compatible with the following diets: vegetarian, vegan, celiac/gluten-free, lactose intolerant, diabetic.
VRMH n°1 is compatible with the following diets: vegetarian, vegan, celiac / gluten-free, lactose intolerant.
BTTR n°1 is compatible with the following diets: vegetarian, vegan, celiac / gluten-free. May contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.

Our products contain 0.0% alcohol and there are no contraindications. We publish the full list of spices and botanicals we use further down in this FAQ.
Please note: VRMH n°1 contains a hydrosol of lemon and Artemisia Absinthium.

We are unable to advise whether our products are safe to consume with specific medications.
We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have any concerns, referring to the ingredient list.

For JNPR n°1, JNPR n°2, JNPR n°3: up to 3 years without opening, in a dry place and protected from light. After opening, consume within 6 months and preferably store in a cool place (4-10°).
For BTTR n°1: up to 2 years without opening, in a dry place and protected from light. After opening, consume within 6 months and preferably store in a cool place (4-10°).
For VRMH n°1: up to 3 years without opening, in a dry place and protected from light. After opening, KEEP COOL (4-10°C), and consume within 6 months. A slight natural deposit may form but does not affect the quality of the product.

These are not Gins. The spice bouquets we use are similar to the traditional bouquets for a Gin, but we distill them differently.

We ship to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. We plan to open shipping to other European Union countries very soon.
Once you have placed an order, it is checked and prepared within 24 working hours, then shipped: to a Relay Point (in 2-3 working days) or to your home (in 2-3 working days, or 1-2 days with express delivery). We invite you to check your spam to have your order tracked by the carrier.

You will receive an email with the tracking link when the package is shipped.
You will also receive a text message and an email the day before your delivery, allowing you to change the delivery date or method if you are not home the next day. You will have the opportunity to schedule delivery for a later time, to have your package delivered to a neighbor, to a safe location or to a nearby relay point.
By default, if no option is chosen and you are unable to receive your package, it will be sent to a relay point. It will remain there for 9 working days, including Saturday, before being returned to us on the 10th day.
If you are able to receive the package at home, you will receive an email and a text message on the day with a 3-hour window.

You will receive an email with the tracking link for your order, as well as an email and a text message notifying you of the availability of your package at a relay point. The email and text message will be those given at the time of validation of the order on our site.
Packages remain for 9 working days (every day, except Sundays and public holidays) before being returned to us on the 10th day.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal from JNPR, without having to give reasons for your decision. Beyond this 14-day period, the sale is firm and final.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by using the withdrawal form in your Customer area, or by email to the address hello@jnprspirits.com.
It is not possible to use your right of withdrawal for an unsealed product. Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal regarding gift cards.

In the event of a dispute, you can submit a written complaint to customer service at hello@jnprspirits.com. In the event of a complaint not resolved amicably and for a period of one year, you can use the CM2C mediation service free of charge, of which JNPR is a member, by contacting them at the following address: 17 rue St Jean 75017 Paris or by telephone at 01 89 47 00 14.

If you receive damaged, broken or stained packages, we ask that you please refuse delivery.
We will take care of collecting the goods and renewing the shipment. If the order includes several boxes and not all of them have been damaged, please reject the defective box only and sign for the delivery "with reservation".

JNPR is pronounced "Juniper", to highlight the main ingredient of JNPR n°1, the juniper berry, and the promise of a drink made from plants and spices. In a nod to its specificity, the vowels have disappeared, as has the alcohol.
In an eco-responsible approach, we have also replanted juniper trees at home, in Normandy, and have an ambitious development plan for this project.

The JNPR collection brings together JNPR n°1, JNPR n°2, JNPR n°3: 3 products without alcohol and above all without any sugar, all made in France.
The Bartender collection brings together BTTR n°1 and VRMH n°1, to help you create all the great mixology classics.

Our four references are intended for preparing cocktails.
