What does JNPR stand for?

JNPR se prononce "Juniper", in order to highlight the main ingredient of JNPR n°1, the juniper berry, and the promise of a drink based on plants and spices. In a nod to its uniqueness, the vowels have disappeared, as has the alcohol.

As part of our eco-responsible approach, we have also replanted juniper trees at home in Normandy, and have an ambitious development plan for this project.


Are JNPR n°1, n°2 and n°3 Gins?

They're not gins. The bouquets of spices we use are similar to the traditional bouquets for a Gin, but we distil them differently.


How do you enjoy your drinks?

All four of our products are designed for the preparation of cocktails.
Each order includes recipes for each product.

In order to help you prepare excellent cocktails, we have published several recipes on the Cocktails page of our website: some are very easy to make, others are more complex. There's something for everyone, every taste, every season of the year!

Are JNPR n°1, n°2 and n°3 really sugar-free?

The products in the JNPR collection contain NO sugar and NO sweeteners, which has been a strong commitment from the very beginning, when we started working on the recipes.


Do your products contain alcohol?

No, they don't contain any alcohol at all. We never use alcohol during the production process - it's part of the specifications for our recipes - and so we don't use any "dealcoholisation" that might leave residues.


Is it possible to consume your products during pregnancy?

Our products contain 0.0% alcohol and there are no contraindications. We publish the full list of spices and botanicals we use below in this FAQ.
If you have any doubts or allergies regarding one of our ingredients, we encourage you to consult a health professional before consuming any of our products.

Is it safe to consume your products when under medical treatment?

We are not in a position to say whether our products are safe to consume in conjunction with specific medications.
We always recommend consulting a health professional if you have any concerns, referring to the list of ingredients.

What are the ingredients?

For JNPR n°1: water, distillates of plants, fruits and spices: juniper berries, coriander, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, cubeb, green cardamom, quassia amarra, angelica seed, apples. Acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

For JNPR n°2: water, ginger distillate, green cardamom, Jamaican pepper, infusion of piment martin, juniper berries. Acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

For JNPR n°3: verbena hydrolate, juniper berry hydrolate, water. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate.

For BTTR n°1: water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, liquorice) and spices (cinnamon), lime juice, elderberry, safflower extract. Preservative: potassium sorbate.

For CKTL - Moscow Mule: water, JNPR n°2, white sugar, concentrated lime juice, ginger root, citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, natural ginger flavour.

Are your products compatible with specific diets?

JNPR n°1, JNPR n°2, JNPR n°3 are compatible with the following diets: Vegetarian, Vegan, Coeliac/gluten-free, Lactose intolerant.

BTTR n°1 is compatible with the following diets: Vegetarian, Vegan, Coeliac / gluten-free.



What is the shelf life of your products?

For JNPR n°1, JNPR n°2, JNPR n°3: up to 3 years unopened, in a dry place away from light. After opening, consume within 6 months and store preferably in a cool place (4-10°).

For BTTR n°1: up to 2 years unopened, in a dry place protected from light. After opening, consume within 6 months and store preferably in a cool place (4-10°).

For CKTL - Moscow Mule: consume within 2 years in a dry place away from light. After opening, consume within 48 hours and store preferably in a cool place (4-10°).

I'm a bar, hotel or restaurant and I'd like to add your products to my drinks menu. How can I do this?

Where do you ship to? How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
We plan to start shipping to other EU countries very soon.
Once you have placed an order, it is checked and prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then dispatched within 5 working days for Shop to Shop, 48 hours for Colissimo, and 24 to 48 hours for Chronopost.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days to return your order to our shipping center (at your expense).


What should I do if the parcel has been delivered damaged or stained?

If you receive a damaged, broken or stained parcel, please refuse delivery.

We will take care of recovering the goods and resending the shipment. If the order includes several boxes and not all of them have been damaged, please reject the defective box only and sign for the delivery "with reserve".
