The non-alcoholic spritz by JNPR.
A must-have for summer terraces, we decided to revisit it in an alcohol-free version to be able to appreciate its characteristic taste even in a 0.0% alc/vol version.
40 ml of BTTR n°1
10ml lemon syrup
100ml of sparkling water
A slice of orange and/or a sprig of rosemary
Recipe sequence:
In a balloon glass (large wine glass type), add BTTR n°1 and the lemon syrup.
Mix with a spoon, add ice cubes, and top up with sparkling water.
Add a sprig of rosemary and/or a slice of orange for decoration and enjoy.
