Here is the Daïquiri without alcohol, ultra-fresh, without bubbles and finally available in an alcohol-free version with JNPR! Ideal for the end of the summer day.
Serve VERY chilled!
50 ml of JNPR n°2
20 ml lime juice
20 ml lime syrup
Recipe sequence:
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes before serving.
How to make homemade lime syrup? In a saucepan, bring 500g of sugar to the boil with 500g of water. Once brought to a boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the juice of 6 previously squeezed limes. Allow to cool before use.
If you don't have a shaker, don't panic! Use a jam jar which will work great!
