This is not an Espresso Martini

The Espresso Martini is the trendy cocktail of recent decades. Thanks to the spicy flavors of JNPR n°2 combined with the flavors of coffee, here is the recipe for the alcohol-free Espresso Martini to make in a shaker 👇

50 ml of JNPR n°2

15 ml of chestnut honey syrup (water + honey)

30 ml of cold espresso coffee

Recipe sequence:

Prepare an espresso and let it cool slowly. For the honey syrup, dilute 4 parts honey to one part water, or serve half a spoonful of honey directly in the shaker.

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add the espresso coffee, the honey syrup and 50ml of JNPR n°2. Mix vigorously, then remove the ice cubes and pour everything into a bowl.

For the final decorative touch, add a few coffee beans to the foam.

Did you know ? The Espresso Martini cocktail, also called "Vodka Espresso", was created in 1984 by Dick Bradsell, a London bartender. The creator of this cocktail says that one day, a famous model came into Fred's Bar and asked her for something that would wake her up and “shake her up”. The cocktail was then named "The Stimulant" and was later renamed Espresso Martini.

Good tasting 🍸
