3 non-alcoholic cocktail recipes for Christmas

During the holidays, it's hard to refuse a glass of champagne, isn't it?

To change preparations and alcoholic drinks, while wanting to enjoy delicate and more complex flavors than simple juices, let yourself be seduced by the three recipes of non-alcoholic cocktails that we have imagined for the end of year celebrations!

Here are three aperitif recipes for non-alcoholic cocktails, but just as festive, which can be shared with the family and which can be consumed without moderation.

The advantage of JNPR n°1 is that it has no sugar and it contains no calories, thus making it possible to lighten cocktails.

This is not Champagne

Recipe (for 1 glass)

40 ml JNPR No. 1

50ml Ginger Ale

50ml white grape juice

Preparation

In a glass of champagne, pour JNPR n°1, and the white grape juice (for the color), and mix gently. Top with ginger ale just before serving.

It does not taste like champagne, but it is very good, and visually it is very similar!

This is not a Negroni

Recipe (for 1 glass)

20 ml JNPR No. 1

20 ml of BTTR n°1

40ml white grape juice 

Preparation

Fill an old-fashioned glass (commonly known as a rocks glass) with ice cubes, add JNPR #1, then grape juice and BTTR #1. Mix gently. Add a slice of orange and serve.

This is not a Sour

Recipe (for 1 glass)

60 ml JNPR No. 1

15ml lemon

15 ml sugar syrup (to taste)

10ml egg white

Preparation

Warning: this recipe is easy to make, and this cocktail is excellent, but requires a shaker.

Squeeze the fresh lemon juice, filter. In a shaker, pour JNPR n°1, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. Mix vigorously. Filter by pouring into a cup.
