JNPR COCKTAIL COMPETITION: semi-finals
Recap of the JNPR Cocktail Competition 2026 Morocco Semi-Final.
In Marrakech, 5 bartenders gathered at Coco Rooftop to defend a shared vision: to treat non-alcoholic drinks with rigor, precision, and intent.
This edition, held under the theme of KATA, demanded rigor and mastery. Two challenges to differentiate the candidates: ESSENCE, centered on the interpretation of Japan, and CODE, focused on pure technique.
The standard?
Particularly high, making every decision difficult. More than a competition, this event is an opportunity to elevate the standards of non-alcoholic beverages.
The prize?
An invitation to the Tokyo International BarShow 2027.
