What is an alcohol-free spirit?
At JNPR, a non-alcoholic spirit is not a dealcoholized version of a classic spirit. It is a category in its own right, built from the outset without alcohol, with its own rules and its own expertise.
Our approach is based on the distillation of botanicals (juniper berries, citrus fruits, herbs) to obtain structured aromatic profiles, without using alcohol.
How to use a non-alcoholic spirit?
A non-alcoholic spirit is used like a classic spirit; we do not recommend drinking it neat, but always diluted with tonic, in a cocktail, or in a more elaborate creation.
Non-alcoholic gin and tonic, spritz, mule or other recipes: our products allow you to create clear, reproducible, and balanced non-alcoholic cocktails, both at home and in a bar. The challenge is not to imitate, but to offer a coherent alternative capable of structuring a mix.
A few ice cubes, the right dosage, and fresh ingredients (citrus fruits, herbs) are enough to reveal all the aromatic complexity.
Who are non-alcoholic spirits for?
Non-alcoholic spirits are for those who are looking for an aperitif without compromise. Consumers who are attentive to quality and taste, whether they are looking for moderation or simply curious to explore new flavors.
They find their place as an aperitif, to accompany a meal, or during extended moments when you want to alternate without sacrificing taste.
More than an alternative, it's a new way of drinking: free, demanding, and fully assumed.
