In a highball glass, pour JNPR No. 3, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Stir with a spoon. Add ice cubes, then top with sparkling water. Stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

40 ml of grapefruit juice
25 ml of lemon juice
10 ml of sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
60 ml of sparkling water
