JNPR COCKTAIL COMPETITION - 2026 EDITION
The JNPR Cocktail Competition 2026 is now open. Since 2020, our ambition has been clear:
- Raise the standards for alcohol-free products.
- Reject bland, overly sweet combinations.
- Reject easy shortcuts.
For this new edition, we have chosen the KATA , from Japanese martial arts. The repetition of the movement. The precision. The mastery.
A theme inspired by Japan , demanding by nature, which leaves no room for error. We have structured this competition as a journey, not a simple contest. A progression in rigor, intention, and level.
What's the key?

For professionals: Invitation to the Tokyo International BarShow 2027.
