How to make a successful alcohol-free summer aperitif
Focus on freshness
The success of a summer cocktail depends above all on its serving temperature. Fill your glass generously with ice cubes to keep all the ingredients fresh.
Add a slice of orange, a few mint leaves, or fresh fruit to enhance the summery feel of your drink.
Careful presentation
The choice of glass plays a full part in the experience. An elegant highball glass particularly enhances long drinks with sparkling water, tonic, or lemonade.
A garnish of fresh fruit, edible flowers, or aromatic herbs adds a premium touch to your aperitifs.
