Ingredients (for 1 glass)
20 ml of BTTR No. 1 30 ml of lemon juice 20 ml of blood orange syrup
120 ml of tonic
preparation
Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Pour BTTR No. 1, lemon juice, and blood orange syrup directly into the glass. Stir gently with a bar spoon. Top with tonic water. Give it a final light stir to preserve the bubbles. Garnish with a blood orange slice. Optional: Garnish with a blood orange slice and angel hair chili.
