THIS IS NOT MULLED WINE

Ingredients (for 5 glasses):
- 40 ml of BTTR No. 1
- 15 ml of honey
- 30 ml of black grape juice
- 35 ml of water
- 2 orange peels and 2 cloves
Instructions :
In a container suitable for a double boiler, pour the honey and 5ml of water, mix with a spoon. Add the grape juice, BTTR No. 1 and 30 ml of water.
Add the cloves, chopping them with a knife. Add the orange peel and mix.
Place this container in a saucepan filled with water. Heat until the water in the saucepan begins to simmer.
Pour into a glass, filtering as you go.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)
- 30 ml of JNPR No. 1
- 30 ml of cranberry juice
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml of orange syrup
Instructions :
Squeeze a fresh lime, then strain.
In a shaker, pour the orange syrup, lime juice, cranberry juice, and then JNPR No. 1. Add ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain through the ice cubes into the glass.

Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 40 ml of JNPR No. 2
- 20 ml of unfiltered apple juice
- 10 ml of elderflower syrup
- 10 ml of honey
- 20 ml of lime juice
- 2 slices of fresh chili pepper
Instructions :
In a shaker, combine the honey, elderflower syrup, and 2 slices of fresh chili pepper. Muddle them with a muddler. Stir with a spoon. Add the lime juice, JNPR No. 2, apple juice, and ice cubes.
Mix vigorously using the shaker.
Remove the ice cubes and then strain by pouring into the glass.
