alcohol-free as a discipline

At JNPR, alcohol-free isn't a constraint or an adaptation. It's a discipline in its own right.

For a long time, alcohol-free options were seen as a diminished version of traditional spirits. A drink from which something was removed: alcohol, power, complexity. The result was often disappointing.

We chose a different approach.

Creating an alcohol-free drink requires rethinking the entire aromatic construction. Alcohol can no longer play its usual role as a vector for structure and length on the palate. So, we have to work differently: through the selection of botanicals, distillation, the fractionation of aromas, and blending.

This technical requirement transforms alcohol-free into a true creative playground.

At JNPR, each recipe is designed from the outset to be alcohol-free. We don't produce alcohol only to remove it later. This approach allows us to build consistent, precise, and balanced aromatic profiles.

So, alcohol-free isn't a simplified alternative. It's a demanding discipline that requires as much rigor as the creation of a traditional spirit.

And that's precisely what makes it so exciting.
