Preparation steps

  1. Brew the Lapsang Souchong tea, then set it aside to cool.
  2. In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour RHHM N°1, the Laspang Souchong tea infusion and top with sugar-free tonic.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a strip of orange zest.

Sugar quantity

This low-sugar cocktail contains only 3 g of sugar, while a classic cocktail often contains between 15 and 20 g.
