In a balloon glass (like a large wine glass), pour JNPR No. 3 and the elderflower syrup. Mix with a spoon, add ice cubes and mint leaves. Top up with sparkling water and enjoy!

20 ml elderflower syrup
60 ml of sparkling water
Mint leaves or elderflowers
