3 non-alcoholic cocktail recipes for Christmas

During the holidays, it's hard to refuse a glass of champagne, isn't it?

For a change from alcoholic drinks and preparations, while still wanting to enjoy delicate and more complex flavors than simple juices, let yourself be seduced by the three non-alcoholic cocktail recipes we have imagined for the holiday season!

Here are three aperitif recipes for non-alcoholic cocktails, but all equally festive, which can be shared with family and consumed without moderation.

Golden Year - This is not Champagne

Festive, sparkling, non-alcoholic cocktail recipe with glitter

Recipe (ingredients for 1 glass)

50 ml of JNPR No. 3

15 ml of vanilla syrup

Edible glitter

80 ml of alcohol-free sparkling wine

Preparation

Pour the JNPR No. 3 and vanilla syrup into a champagne flute. Add the edible glitter and stir gently with a spoon. Top with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

This is not a Negroni

A variation on the Negroni cocktail, this non-alcoholic cocktail includes Campari bitters, ice cubes, gin, lemon zest, and sweet vermouth, similar to a martini. (Italian cocktail flavor)

Recipe (ingredients for 1 glass)

40 ml of VRMH No. 1

20 ml of JNPR No. 1

10 ml of BTTR No. 1

Preparation

In a Negroni glass (low tumbler) filled with ice cubes (or, even better, a cubed ice cube), add BTTR No. 1, JNPR No. 1, and VRMH No. 1. Stir gently with a bar spoon. Add an orange slice or twist before serving.

This is not a deaf person.

Non-alcoholic sour cocktail recipe: beer and whiskey flavor, acidity, ingredients: gin, whiskey, amaretto, spirits flavoring, lemon juice

Recipe (ingredients for 1 glass)

60 ml of JNPR No. 1

15 ml of lemon

15 ml of sugar syrup (according to your taste)

10 ml of egg white

Preparation

Squeeze the fresh lemon juice and strain it. In a shaker, combine JNPR No. 1, the lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass.

Happy holidays with JNPR!
