For Easter, we have chosen to partner with Carrés Sauvages, a young French brand that offers exceptional chocolate made from cocoa beans, rich in antioxidants and without refined sugars, founded by Laure Mannessier to combine pleasure and well-being with every tasting.
A word from Laure, founder of Carrés Sauvages
"I wanted to treat myself by biting into a square of chocolate. To know that each ingredient provided its own energy. To know also that the cocoa had been chosen in a sustainable and ethical manner. To know its story. To consume raw chocolate, without refined sugar, virtuous, the kind that is rare in France."
After preparatory classes and business school, Laure trained in "Bean to Bar" (working with chocolate from the cocoa bean).
