"Alcohol-free" book

Valรฉrie, our founder, spent last summer writing a book with Flammarion.

It lists our iconic alcohol-free cocktails, as well as new recipes, magnificent photos, and even reflections on our relationship with drunkenness and this new consumption trend: moderation.

There is no less nobility in working with non-alcoholic products because there is no reason why a person who does not wish to drink should be devalued, especially when the techniques and know-how for working with spices are just as sophisticated.

4 chapters - 40 cocktail recipes

1. The classics revisited

2. Cocktails with little or no sugar

3. Favorites

4. Functional cocktails

A very noteworthy thing is that kind of instinct, as general as it is imperious, which leads us to seek out strong drinks.
