How to prepare a non-alcoholic punch in advance?
One of the main advantages of punch-style cocktails is their serving simplicity. Most ingredients can be assembled several hours before guests arrive.
To preserve the freshness of the recipes:
- add ice cubes at the last minute
- incorporate sparkling water just before serving
- keep preparations refrigerated
- use freshly squeezed citrus fruits.
This method allows for ready-to-serve non-alcoholic cocktails while maintaining their aromatic balance.
What non-alcoholic spirits to choose for a punch?
To create a characterful non-alcoholic punch, it is essential to start with a structured aromatic base.
RHHM n°1 brings notes inspired by great amber rums and pairs particularly well with mint, lime, and spices.
JNPR n°3 develops a floral and vegetal profile that pairs with red fruits, infusions, and citrus fruits.
These two references allow for the creation of non-alcoholic cocktail recipes for entertaining that remain complex and elegant, even when served in large quantities.
