Non-alcoholic mulled wine

Ingredients

  • Serves 5:
  • 20 cl of BTTR N°1
  • 25 cl of water
  • 15 cl of black grape juice
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 8 orange peels & 8 cloves

Preparation steps

  1. In a container suitable for a bain-marie, pour the grape juice, BTTR N°1, water, and honey. Add the cloves, chopped with a knife.
  2. Add the orange peels and mix.
  3. Place this container in a saucepan filled with water.
  4. Heat until the water in the pan begins to simmer.
  5. Pour into a glass, filtering as you go.
  6. Decorate with a slice or a piece of orange zest.
  7. Best enjoyed piping hot.
