Golden RHHM
with RHHM n°1
Ingredients
- 45 ml RHHM n°1 non-alcoholic rum
- 40 ml turmeric, ginger, and orange peel infusion (prepared hot then cooled)
- 10 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 orange zest
Preparation steps
For the turmeric, ginger, orange peel infusion:
- Heat a few pieces of fresh ginger, a pinch of turmeric, and orange peels in water.
- Let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes, then let it cool.
- Moisten the rim of a coupe glass and dip it into a mixture of fine salt and sweet pepper (or Espelette pepper).
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour RHHM n°1, the cooled infusion, apple cider vinegar, and orange zest.
- Shake vigorously, strain, then pour into the prepared glass.

This low-sugar cocktail contains only 3 to 4g of sugar, whereas a classic cocktail often contains between 15 and 20g.
