Here are three recipes created by renowned bartenders to celebrate Dry January.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)
40 ml of RHHM No. 1
15 ml of blueberry syrup
20 ml of lime juice
45 ml of rooibos tea
preparation steps
Prepare the tea and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice, pour RHHM No. 1, the blueberry syrup, and the lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into a tall tumbler filled with ice. Top with the chilled rooibos tea.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)
50 ml of VRMH No. 1
10 ml of blackcurrant syrup
20 ml of apple juice
120 ml of ginger ale
preparation steps
In a tall tumbler filled three-quarters full with ice, pour VRMH No. 1, the blackcurrant syrup, and the apple juice. Top up with ginger ale. Stir gently with a spoon.

30 ml of JNPR No. 2
40 ml of apple juice
15 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of cinnamon syrup
Ginger ale
preparation steps
Pour JNPR No. 2, apple juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup into a tall tumbler filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and stir gently. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of baby's breath.
