Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of JNPR No. 1
    30 ml of lime juice
    10 ml of orange syrup

steps

Decorate the rim of a coupe glass with salt (see below for instructions on how to rim the glass*). In a shaker, combine the orange syrup, JNPR No. 1, lime juice, and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the coupe glass to remove the ice.

Tip: *To frost the glass: Spread some salt on a plate. Moisten the rim of the glass by rubbing a lemon wedge around it. Turn the glass upside down and dip the wet rim into the salt on the plate, tilting and rotating it slightly to create an even coating. Turn the glass right side up and tap lightly to remove any excess salt.
