Ingredients (for 5 people)

  • 20 cl of BTTR nΒ°1
    3 tbsp honey
    15 cl of black grape juice
    25 cl of water
    8 orange peels & 8 cloves

preparation

In a container suitable for a bain-marie, pour the grape juice, BTTR nΒ°1, water and honey. Add the cloves, cutting them with a knife. Add the orange peel and mix. Place this container in a saucepan filled with water. Heat until the water in the saucepan begins to simmer. Pour into a glass by filtering. Decorate with a slice or orange zest. Serve hot.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 40 ml of JNPR No. 1
    30 ml of fresh lemon juice
    20 ml of apple juice
    20 ml of sugar syrup

preparation

Squeeze a fresh lemon and strain. Pour the sugar syrup, apple juice, and fresh lemon juice into a JNPR No. 1 shaker. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the ice into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 40 ml of JNPR nΒ°2

    10 ml of BTTR nΒ°1

    25 ml cinnamon syrup

    15 ml lemon juice

    30 ml pomegranate juice

    1 egg white

preparation

To make your homemade cinnamon syrup: bring 500 g of sugar to the boil with 500 g of water and 3 cinnamon sticks. Once boiling, remove the pan and let everything cool with the cinnamon in it. Once the mixture has cooled, filter and keep cool. In a shaker, add all the ingredients and ice cubes. Mix vigorously using the shaker. Remove the ice cubes. In a coupette glass, pour while filtering to remove the egg deposits. For decoration, add cinnamon.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of JNPR No. 3
    15 ml of vanilla syrup
    Edible glitter
    80 ml of alcohol-free sparkling wine

preparation

Pour the JNPR No. 3 and vanilla syrup into a champagne flute. Add the edible glitter and stir gently with a spoon. Top with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 50 ml of SPRZ No. 1
    20 ml of ginger syrup
    15 ml of fresh yellow lemon juice
    50ml of hot infusion of black tea or spiced rooibos (cinnamon, vanilla or cloves)

preparation

Prepare the infusion and let it cool. In a Spritz glass (balloon glass), pour SPRZ No. 1, the ginger syrup, and the lemon juice. Top with the cooled infusion and stir gently with a spoon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
