JNPR is pronounced "Juniper", to highlight the main ingredient of JNPR n°1, the juniper berry, and the promise of a drink made from plants and spices. In a nod to its specificity, the vowels have disappeared, as has the alcohol.
In an eco-responsible approach, we have also replanted juniper trees at home, in Normandy, and have an ambitious development plan for this project.

These are not Gins. The spice bouquets we use are similar to the traditional bouquets for a Gin, but we distill them differently.
The can format has the advantage of being lighter, so its transport is less energy-intensive. Moreover, cans are 100% recyclable. While their production requires 100% of the necessary energy, their recycling, on the other hand, only needs 5% of that energy. For these three reasons, we have chosen to opt for the can format.
Our sugar-free JNPR tonics are lightly colored because we only use 100% natural raw materials, which can give them a slight tint.
