Ceci n'est pas un Irish Coffee
with JNPR N°2
Prepare the coffee and pour it while still hot into a short drink glass. Add JNPR N°2 and the sugar syrup, and stir gently with a spoon. In a separate bowl, whip the cream, then spoon it into the glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans.

50 ml of JNPR N°2 60 ml of strong filter coffee or hot espresso 20 ml of cane sugar syrup 30 ml of lightly whipped cream
