Ingredients: 50 ml de JNPR N°2; 60 ml de café filtre corsé ou espresso allongé chaud; 20 ml de sirop de sucre de canne; 30 ml de crème légèrement fouettée

20 ml de sirop de sucre de canne
30 ml de crème légèrement fouettée

Preparation steps

Préparer le café et le verser encore chaud dans un short drink.
Ajouter JNPR n°2 et le sirop de sucre et mélanger délicatement à l’aide d’une cuillère.
Dans un récipient, fouetter la crème fraîche puis la déposer dans le verre avec le dos d’une cuillère.
Ajouter quelques grains de café pour le garnish.
