Sour sans alcool

Ingredients

  • 60 ml de JNPR n°1
  • 30 ml de jus de citron frais
  • 15 ml de sirop de sucre (à doser selon votre goût)
  • 10 ml de blanc d'oeuf (ou aquafaba)

Preparation steps

  1. Dans un shaker rempli de glaçons, verser JNPR n°1, le sirop de sucre, le jus de citron et le blanc d'oeuf.
  2. Mélanger énergiquement à l'aide du shaker.
  3. Retirer les glaçons et mélanger de nouveau.
  4. Servir dans une coupe.
