with JNPR n°1
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour JNPR N°1, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake vigorously. Remove the ice cubes and stir again. Serve in a bowl.

60 ml of JNPR N°1
30 ml of fresh lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup (adjust to your taste)
10 ml egg white (or aquafaba)
