Cinnamon Sour

with JNPR n°2, BTTR n°1

Non-alcoholic cinnamon cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40 ml JNPR n°2
  • 10 ml BTTR n°1
  • 30 ml pomegranate juice
  • 25 ml cinnamon syrup
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Preparation steps

To make your own cinnamon syrup:

  • Bring to a boil a saucepan with 500g of sugar, 500g of water, and 3 cinnamon sticks.
  • Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and let everything cool with the cinnamon in it.
  • Once the mixture has cooled, strain and store in the refrigerator.

For the cocktail:
  • In a shaker, add all ingredients and ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously with the shaker.
  • Remove the ice cubes.
  • Pour into a coupe, straining to remove any egg residue.
  • For decoration, add a cinnamon stick.
