non-alcoholic Easter cocktail

Ingredients

For the sakura cordial:

  • 200 ml water
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 4 g sakura powder
  • 3 g citric acid
For the Plaq cacao nib infusion:
  • 15 g Plaq cacao nibs
  • 200 ml hot water
For the cocktail:
  • 50 ml of JNPR n°1 (herbaceous non-alcoholic gin)
  • 20 ml sakura cordial
  • 7.5 ml Plaq cacao nib infusion

Preparation steps

For the sakura cordial:

  • Heat the water in a saucepan.
  • Add the sugar, sakura powder, and citric acid, then mix until completely dissolved.
  • Let cool.
For the Plaq cocoa nib infusion:
  • Pour hot water over the cocoa nibs, let infuse for a maximum of 5 minutes, then strain.
For the cocktail:
  • In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients and stir for a few seconds.
  • Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with Plaq cocoa nibs.
