non-alcoholic Easter cocktail
Ingredients
For the sakura cordial:
- 200 ml water
- 200 g white sugar
- 4 g sakura powder
- 3 g citric acid
- 15 g Plaq cacao nibs
- 200 ml hot water
- 50 ml of JNPR n°1 (herbaceous non-alcoholic gin)
- 20 ml sakura cordial
- 7.5 ml Plaq cacao nib infusion
Preparation steps
For the sakura cordial:
- Heat the water in a saucepan.
- Add the sugar, sakura powder, and citric acid, then mix until completely dissolved.
- Let cool.
- Pour hot water over the cocoa nibs, let infuse for a maximum of 5 minutes, then strain.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour all ingredients and stir for a few seconds.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with Plaq cocoa nibs.
