Ingredients

For the apple osmosis:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 200 g sugar (weight of fruit in sugar)
For the cocktail:
  • 35 ml of BTTR n°1
  • 20 ml Granny Smith apple osmosis
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 sprays orange blossom water
  • Sparkling water

Preparation steps

For the apple osmosis:

  • Cut a Granny Smith apple into pieces and place them in a jar.
  • Add the same weight in sugar and shake the jar lightly.
  • Let it rest for a few days until the fruit absorbs the sugar.
  • Filter the homemade apple syrup.
For the cocktail:
  • In a shaker filled with ice, pour BTTR n°1, the Granny Smith osmosis, and the lemon juice.
  • Shake vigorously then pour into a tall tumbler, straining out the ice.
  • Add 5 sprays of orange blossom inside the glass, then fill with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently with a spoon.
