Ingredients

  • 50 ml JNPR N°3
  • 20 ml elderflower syrup
  • 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • A few drops of lavender honey

Preparation steps

  1. Squeeze the grapefruit to extract the juice.
  2. Heat the honey for a few minutes in a saucepan to make it more liquid.
  3. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour JNPR N°3, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, and lavender honey, then shake vigorously.
  4. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a thin slice of grapefruit. For a more floral touch, add a drop of lavender essential oil.
