Ingredients
For the poppy syrup:
- 200 ml poppy infusion
- 100 g white sugar
- 30 ml JNPR n°1 non-alcoholic gin
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml Ceylon black tea infusion
- 4 dashes saline solution
- 30 ml poppy syrup
Preparation steps
For the poppy syrup:
- In a saucepan, prepare the poppy infusion. Add the white sugar and heat for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
- Let cool, then strain the mixture.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour JNPR n°1, the poppy syrup, lemon juice, black tea infusion, and saline solution.
- Stir with a spoon for a few seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a low tumbler glass, straining out the ice.
- Garnish with an edible flower.
