Ingredients

For the poppy syrup:

  • 200 ml poppy infusion
  • 100 g white sugar

Preparation steps

For the poppy syrup:

  • In a saucepan, prepare the poppy infusion. Add the white sugar and heat for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
  • Let cool, then strain the mixture.
For the cocktail:
  • In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour JNPR n°1, the poppy syrup, lemon juice, black tea infusion, and saline solution.
  • Stir with a spoon for a few seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a low tumbler glass, straining out the ice.
  • Garnish with an edible flower.
