Sakura Sour

with JNPR n°1

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of JNPR N°1
  • 1 tsp of sakura powder
  • 15 ml of lemon juice
  • 10 ml of sugar syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white (or aquafaba for a vegan version)

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour JNPR N°1, sakura powder, lemon juice, sugar syrup, salt and egg white.
  2. Shake for the first time.
  3. Strain out the ice cubes and then shake a second time until you get a nice foam.
  4. Pour into a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with sakura powder for decoration.
