Ingredients
- 50ml JNPR n°3
- 30ml fresh pear juice
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml ginger syrup
- 10ml maple syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparation steps
- In a shaker without ice, pour JNPR N°3, fresh pear juice, fresh lemon juice, ginger syrup, maple syrup and egg white.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) to thoroughly emulsify the egg white and achieve a frothy texture.
- Add ice and shake vigorously again to chill the cocktail.
- Strain the mixture and pour into a coupe.
- Decorate with a thin slice of fresh pear placed on the foam.
