Ingredients

  • 50ml JNPR n°3
  • 30ml fresh pear juice
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml ginger syrup
  • 10ml maple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker without ice, pour JNPR N°3, fresh pear juice, fresh lemon juice, ginger syrup, maple syrup and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (shake without ice) to thoroughly emulsify the egg white and achieve a frothy texture.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously again to chill the cocktail.
  4. Strain the mixture and pour into a coupe.
  5. Decorate with a thin slice of fresh pear placed on the foam.
