Au nom de la rose

To celebrate the arrival of spring, here are some tips for decorating your glasses and making beautiful ice cubes to enhance your non-alcoholic cocktail recipes.
Edible dried flowers
Honey
Plate
Kitchen brush (or spoon)
Place edible dried flowers on a plate. Using a brush, apply a very thin layer of honey to a portion of the glass. Place the honey-covered area of the glass on the plate so the flowers stick to it. Tap lightly on the glass to remove any excess.
Fresh edible flowers
Ice cube tray
Water
Simply place the fresh edible flowers (previously washed) in an ice cube tray. Fill the tray with water and place in the freezer.
Boiling water before freezing will remove dissolved gases, such as air, which can cause bubbles and cloudy ice cubes. After boiling, allow the water to cool slightly before pouring it into your ice cube trays.
