30 ml of BTTR No. 1
10 ml elderflower syrup
50 ml of alcohol-free Prosecco
50 ml of tonic water
Pour BTTR No. 1 into a short drink, add the elderflower syrup, non-alcoholic prosecco, and then the tonic. Add the ice cubes and stir gently.
50 ml of JNPR No. 1
30 ml elderflower syrup
150 ml of sparkling water
In a long drink glass, pour the elderflower syrup, add the sparkling water, and then JNPR No. 1. Add the ice cubes and stir gently for a few minutes. Add a sprig of rosemary for decoration, or an elderflower, or a beautiful edible flower if the season is right.
50 ml of JNPR No. 2
20 ml elderflower syrup
25 ml lemon juice
80 ml of hibiscus infusion
Prepare a hibiscus infusion and let it cool. In a tall glass, combine JNPR No. 2, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and the cooled infusion. Stir. Top up with ice cubes and, if desired, sparkling water for a sparkling cocktail. Add a dried hibiscus flower for garnish.
