Ingredients

  • 30 ml VRMH N°1 (non-alcoholic vermouth)
  • 20 ml hazelnut syrup
  • 20 ml apple juice
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice

Preparation steps

  1. In an Old Fashioned glass, pour VRMH N°1, hazelnut syrup, apple juice, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Stir with a spoon.
  4. For decoration, sprinkle a few hazelnut shavings or place a whole hazelnut in a large ice cube.
