Non-alcoholic Bellini

Ingredients

  • 30 ml JNPR N°1
  • 60 ml peach puree
  • 15 ml rose syrup
  • Non-alcoholic Prosecco (optional)

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients: JNPR N°1, peach puree, rose syrup.
  2. Mix vigorously using the shaker and remove the ice cubes.
  3. Pour into a coupe glass.
  4. Optionally, top up with alcohol-free prosecco and stir lightly with a mixing spoon.
  5. Decorate with a slice of peach or an edible flower.

This summer drink made with white peach can be easily made into a non-alcoholic version at home. The non-alcoholic Bellini is also served in a champagne flute. Replace the purée with homemade peach juice for an even smoother result.
