Preparation steps

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients: JNPR N°1, peach puree, rose syrup.
Mix vigorously using the shaker and remove the ice cubes.
Pour into a coupe glass.
Optionally, top up with alcohol-free prosecco and stir lightly with a mixing spoon.
Decorate with a slice of peach or an edible flower.
