30 ml VRMH N°1 non-alcoholic vermouth
30 ml almond milk
20 ml orgeat syrup
1 whole egg
Toasted almond powder (optional)

Preparation steps

In a shaker filled with ice, pour in the egg and shake once.
Then pour in VRMH n°1, almond milk, orgeat syrup, and the whole egg.
Shake vigorously.
Strain and pour into a coupe glass.
For decoration, sprinkle toasted almond powder over the glass.
