Epiphany cocktail
Ingredients
- 30 ml VRMH N°1 non-alcoholic vermouth
- 30 ml almond milk
- 20 ml orgeat syrup
- 1 whole egg
- Toasted almond powder (optional)
Preparation steps
- In a shaker filled with ice, pour in the egg and shake once.
- Then pour in VRMH n°1, almond milk, orgeat syrup, and the whole egg.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain and pour into a coupe glass.
- For decoration, sprinkle toasted almond powder over the glass.
