Orange Blossom

with JNPR n°1

Ingredients

  • 45 ml of JNPR N°1
  • 30 ml of lemon juice
  • 20 ml of sugar syrup
  • 20 ml liquid cream 35%mg
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 drops of orange blossom extract
  • 60 ml of sparkling water

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker without ice, pour JNPR N°1, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, heavy cream, egg white and orange blossom water.
  2. Shake for 20 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes, then shake again for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain and pour into a highball glass.
  5. Let the foam rise naturally, then very gently top it up with sparkling water poured slowly along the side to push the foam upwards without breaking it.
  6. Sprinkle with pollen and add an edible flower for decoration.
