Spicy Mint

with JNPR n°2

Non-alcoholic mint cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40 ml JNPR n°2
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Kombucha (tea or ginger, low in sugar)

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, pour in JNPR n°2, mint leaves and lime juice.
  2. Shake vigorously then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with tea or ginger kombucha.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig for the finishing touch.

Sugar quantity

This low-sugar, alcohol-free cocktail contains between 3 and 5g of sugar depending on the type of kombucha used, while a classic drink often contains between 15 and 20g of sugar. For even more freshness, don't skimp on the ice.
