Non-alcoholic apple cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45 ml JNPR n°1 (or JNPR n°2)
  • 40 ml apple infusion
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp chestnut honey

Preparation steps

To make the apple infusion, heat a few apple peels in water, let steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then let cool.

In a shaker filled with ice, pour JNPR n°1 (or JNPR n°2 for a spicier version), the apple infusion, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and chestnut honey. Shake vigorously, then strain. Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice for the final touch.

Sugar quantity

This low-sugar non-alcoholic cocktail contains only 2 to 3 g of sugar, whereas a classic cocktail often contains between 15 and 20 g.
